Can i edit the files ?
The files are not editable, However you can add as many files as you want to create your prefect design!
Do you accept refunds ?
Being as the product is specially crafted to fit your vision we do not offer refunds once the order has been processed. We will however issue a refund if the image is not customizable to our high standards. Example would be if the text or detail is to small to achieve a successful engrave.
How long until it arrives at my door?
Depending on order volume and shipping times we always shoot to have your order ship in 3-5 business days.
Why can I only upload .SVG files in the customizer?
SVG files also known as Vector has the ability to scale without loss of detail making it the ideal file type to build your design for laser engraving.
Will the design be on my product exactly how it is represented in the 3d modal ?
We always strive to place your engravings exactly where you envisioned them on the product. Some products do not have a “back or front” and can be rotated to your liking.
Will you offer more manufacturing methods in the future?
Yes, in the future we will be adding manufacturing techniques to expand our ability to get you exactly what you have dreamed up on just the right product. Check back often for new products and manufacturing methods!
I don't see a design that fits my purpose?
Please contact us and we can do our best to accommodate what design you are looking for or create it for you.
